Using FlushMaps

FlushMaps is provided free of charge to help you find public toilets. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register.

Community content

You may add toilets, ratings, reviews, photos, and reports. You confirm that content you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, is your own or you have the right to share it, and does not infringe others' rights or contain unlawful, harassing, or misleading material. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these terms.

Accuracy disclaimer

FlushMaps relies on community-contributed data. While we work to keep it useful and current, we cannot guarantee that every listing, rating, amenity, or accessibility detail is complete or accurate at any given time. Use your own judgement when visiting any location.

Intellectual property

The FlushMaps name, brand, and software are owned by us. Community content remains associated with its contributors, who grant us a licence to display and distribute it within the service.

Limitation of liability

FlushMaps is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on community data.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
